International Meat/Food Trading Company
Role Purpose :
- To support the Logistics team in processing documentation and dispatching
- 100% office based
- Temporary role - 8 months
Reporting to: Logistics Manager
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and co-ordination of documentation for export sea freight shipments
- Proofread documents and make corrections as required
- Book and track international delivery of documentation to our global partners
- With guidance from the Logistics Manager, develop and maintain close working relationship with all key parties including Client, Suppliers, Service Providers and other departments
- Represent the Company to the client in a positive “can do” manner
- Other tasks as required by the Logistics Manager
Key Competencies for Role
- Have excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Excellent timekeeper able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of shipping documents and advantage but not a requirement
