Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania is the local affiliate of the country’s leading sexual and reproductive health care advocate and provider.   Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania operates 10 health centers throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. Nationwide, Planned Parenthood affiliates operate more than 600 health centers, providing medical services and sexuality education for millions of individuals (adults and teens) each year. We also work with allies worldwide to ensure that all people have the right and the means to meet their sexual and reproductive health care needs.

The position of Executive Assistant to the President and CEO is a benefits-eligible, full-time, 35 hour/week, exempt, hybrid position working both remotely and in-person from our Center City Philadelphia location two days a week. The salary range for this position is $52000-$58000 and dependent upon experience and training. The Executive Assistant to the President and CEO is responsible for managing the Office of the President and CEO, ensuring that the President’s time and resources are optimally employed and the President is well-prepared, supported and positioned, internally and externally.  You will provide high-level administrative support, maintain efficient and effective office systems, and assist the President with the diverse tasks associated with the office, including support to the Board of Directors. 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of professional experience in a high-level administrative capacity, advanced computer skills, and be a self-motivated achiever able to work both independently and collaboratively.  Also required are the proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, in writing and orally; and superior organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
