About the role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day organisational and administrative duties of our busy Executive team. You will oversee the management of several schedules, arrange meetings with internal and external contacts, help plan for upcoming events, and generally keep the team’s days and weeks running smoothly.
This role will be perfect for someone who is highly intuitive, confident, engaging, ultra-organised and resourceful. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, and someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with constantly evolving priorities.
Through supporting our Executive team, you’ll get amazing insight into running a fast-growing business that’s helping change an industry, and be a core part of ensuring Motorway runs as smoothly as possible.
