A successful cross-collaborator with a passion for events, and experience managing and delivering successful events across an organization, tracking business metrics and adapting strategies as necessary. Lastly, an interest in growing within the healthcare technology industry.  
 

In this role, you will... 

  • Develop and define Transcarent’s B2B events strategy to align with overall brand, communication and commercial goals and drive recognition in the industry 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute regional and national conference sponsorships, including the coordination of logistics such as equipment, catering, marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, and company travel requirements 
  • Own the annual webinar and events calendar and deliver a diverse range of events that align with the business and marketing goals, evaluate event performance and ROI including lead tracking, surveys, post-event tracking, wrap reports, and recommendations for future events  
  • Research and identify best in class, unique and exclusive event experiences to incorporate into the annual events plan 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to ensure there is a cohesive and creative pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to facilitate event success and outcomes 
  • Manage association memberships to ensure the organization is maximizing the investment 
  • Oversee events measurement, including engagement, lead generation, return on investment, cost and report on impact of events as well as measuring objectives for events by type, size, and location. 
  • Source, negotiate, contract and manage third-party relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, caterers, etc.  
  • Manage production and compilation of event materials and handouts such as landing pages, promotional graphics invitations, presentation packets, evaluation forms, name tags, signage, follow up mailings, and any last-minute requests 
  • Handle on-site event management and supervise support staff required for events 
  • Administer events data in Salesforce.com, analyze the data and/or run reports to track trends 
  • Report to the Senior Events Marketing Manager, and work with the communications team to plan 
  • Be expected to travel approximately 2-3 times per month 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • 3-5 years of managing a variety of events and tradeshows, including strategy, planning and execution, exhibit management, event experience design and event marketing strategy (preferably in B2B and/or healthcare space).  
  • Experience leading and executing event participation/sponsorship contracts and then fulfilling the deliverables, including technological and on-site logistics such as booth selection, lead retrieval, bag drops, etc. 
  • Experience managing the multi-channel marketing event experience to boost event engagement and return on investment, including email, direct mail, web, landing pages, and social marketing programs 
  • Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume event calendar 
  • Ability to work in a complex, highly collaborative team environment and the ability to be poised and effective during high-pressure situations; ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to write marketing collateral in multiple tones/voices as appropriate 
  • Superb organization skills and deadline and schedule oriented, yet able to flex with dynamically changing priorities 
  • A passion for high growth environments and high performing commercial teams 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience 

 

Total Rewards 

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000. 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity. 

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location 

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
