Aircore is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, results-focused Enterprise SaaS Technology Sales Executive. This person will be our first enterprise seller. About the role:
This is a new position where you will play a key role within a highly-transparent and motivated team. Aircore offers clients a suite of SDK products featuring real-time audio, text, chat, and video to supercharge their social and collaboration engagement. Our SDKs will continue to add amazing features and functionality and will be supported by a world-class team.

Customer base - Build the base of our first clients with a focus on mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships. Secure early stage evangelist customers who will speak on our behalf. Source new inbound and outbound opportunities and drive the sales process from leads, qualifying new prospects, and managing deals to close.

Sales Growth - Demonstrated success building new customers from 0-50.

Customer Experience - Builds and cultivates a culture of inclusivity and partnership focused on the customer experience. Understands the unique intricacies of the client’s needs and customizes solutions. Develops and executes feedback loops to the product team on early customer product engagement.

Executes - Makes it happen! Responsible for securing licensing agreements from inception to completion.

Collaborative Relationship Builder - Leverages SDKs for audio, text, chat, and video to garner recognition as the leading communications infrastructure through APIs leveraging relationships and internal and external partners from sale through implementation in a cost-effective manner.

Landscape - Has the skills to develop the knowledge to conduct deep conversational discussions with customers about their business, their challenges, and how Aircore can start a journey with them to solve those problems.

Proven entrepreneurial mindset – Tech savvy, scrappy, self-starter with passion for prospecting and closing deals. Will work with the team to build the tools and processes for the sales team.

Analytics and Reports - Prepares activity and forecast reports to inform KPIs and results. Leverage information to communicate client’s needs to product managers and technical teams.

6+ years of Enterprise SaaS software B2B sales with demonstrated track record or success

MUST have early stage (Seed / A Round) experience selling tech to the enterprise

Selling to any of the following: 1) Web and mobile gaming, 2) Media Content, 3) Music Content, 4) Education Content, 5) E-Commerce, 6) Workplace and 7) Lifestyle

Selling with Founders - a MUST includes: C-Suite - CEO, SVP, VP and product and growth roles: SVP/Director: Growth, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing
- Sales coaching/mentoring

- Demonstrated success creating sales processes ground up
- Recommends and implements use of appropriate sales tools for effectiveness

Selling Pioneer - Demonstrated pioneer track record with Product Led Growth (PLG) (bottoms up) and parallel top down enterprise selling.

Revenue - has seen the $0 to $10m revenue growth ramp.
- Has prospected and landed the first 10 deals.
- Led deal inception to completion of sales cycle (e.g. cold calls, PLG, follow up, to close.)

Pay Equity:
In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Laws, the OTE for this role is $280K – (Targeted base-$140 / Commission/bonus $140-no cap) directly related to closed deals.) Position eligible to participate in Equity Incentive Plan.
When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered: skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
