This is a tremendous opportunity to join as Sure’s Enterprise Account Executive. With Sure positioned as the definitive leader of the digital insurance movement, the sky is the limit in this uncapped enterprise sales role. You'll be the most direct source of revenue growth at Sure. To be successful, you will have a track record of over-quota achievement, and have grown an impressive pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting, creativity, and simple hard work. You also have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers, including the “C Suite”. You will develop a deep understanding of customer's business and establish loyal champion relationships within account targets who can navigate, guide, and refer opportunities.

  • Develop & own relationships with prospects senior leaders (C-Level) and close new logo business to achieve sales objectives and quotas
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Use a consultative and value selling approach from initial discovery to closing
  • Travel in market and lead custom face-to-face and virtual sales presentations as needed
  • Maintain (or develop) a thorough understanding of the insurance technology industry, including industry trends, workflow, business processes, industry financial measurements, and performance indicators
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings & revenue objectives
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers
  • Crush your quota!
  • Take your complex solution selling skills to the next level as you evangelize the Sure suite of products

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years minimum experience in SaaS sales
  • While Sure is a completely remote company, we are targeting someone in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area who is open to occasional travel
  • Experience in insurance related industries is a plus
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Track record of having sold into the C Suite with multiple decision makers and stakeholders
  • Positive, determined and energetic presence
  • Must be a hunter - excited to go after new logo business
  • World class problem-solving, critical thinking, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
