We are currently looking for an Employer Branding Manager (m/f/x) to support us in finding and retaining the best talent for ELEMENT through the further development and implementation of our employer branding strategy.
What will keep you challenged?
- You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of cross-channel communication & marketing activities.
- You take charge of internal engagement initiatives in line with our Employer Value Proposition, which either introduce or confirm ELEMENT as an employer of choice among potential and current employees.
- With empathy and your well rounded analytical & research skills, you develop a deep understanding of our target groups' expectations alongside ELEMENT's staffing needs.
- You will be responsible for the content strategy and the creation of relevant messages and content on appropriate internal and external platforms.
- In close cooperation with our marketing team you take ownership of the continuing development of our career pages and employer branding channels.
- You follow the latest trends and developments in employer branding, campaigns and insights into our target groups, etc.
- You monitor the effectiveness of our employer branding initiatives and identify potential for optimisation.
