Brad’s Deals is looking for a creative and driven Email Marketing Specialist to help us educate and engage our subscribers. The Email Marketing Specialist is an integral part of maintaining our growth in new and returning customer revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce and execute all daily email, SMS, and mobile push campaigns, including building emails from HTML templates, copywriting, asset coordination, QA testing, and scheduling.
- Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle journey including onboarding, retention, win-back, post-purchase, loyalty, and transactional emails.
- Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals.
- Execute A/B tests, record results, and advise on improvements and recommendations. Testing includes subject lines, messaging, layouts, CTAs, customer cohorts and segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.
- Track and analyze campaign performance reports that include metrics like opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
- Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other global brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas for email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture and retain these customers.
- Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of relevant email marketing experience, including automation and list segmentation.
- Demonstrable skills with ESP’s such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database with millions of email subscribers.
- Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch.
- Experience with setting up, executing and providing results of A/B tests
