Summary/objective:
This person is responsible for executing email marketing campaigns for the Angel Studios brand and partner brands.

- Know your customer - it might be our viewers, investors, creators, or internal Angel Teams. Ensure you understand your customer and are providing what THEY need and not just what you want to build.
Essential functions
- Build strategic nurture campaigns with emails and push notifications using event logic, and other conditional data metrics for multiple brands.
- Build dynamic content with emails using liquids and other forms of content blocks based on user attributes.
- Assist in email collection and validation for new users and vet current list accuracy.
- Assist with Identifying opportunities to grow our email list and create forms, pop-ups, and landing pages to attract subscribers.
- Create email segments and interest groups for targeted lead generation.
- Write and proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
- Test achievement of each campaign and determine email marketing KPIs.
- Make documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests, and promotions.
- Assist with planning and designing different email automation workflows.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Marketing experience
- Previous Email Marketing Experience
Preferred education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
- Experience with Braze
- Familiarity with Excel
Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.
Physical demands - Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time.
Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week.
Travel required - Travel is not intended for this position
Work authorization - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
