Requirements

The Role

You will be working with a team of copywriters and designers to deliver email & SMS marketing services including strategy, campaign building, flow implementation and lead collection via popups. You will be experienced using email marketing (Ideally Klaviyo) and SMS to increase brand engagement, loyalty and customer retention. You will implement best practices and strategies within email marketing, e-commerce, lifecycle, and funnel optimisation methodologies to drive performance for clients. Key responsibilities


  • Lead the lifecycle strategy and execution for clients on email and SMS, delivering results that drive engagement, repeat purchases, cross sell, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Work to identify the best segments for sending campaigns and audience logic for email flows
  • Lead the daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as the A/B testing and regular reporting
  • Use data to continuously test, measure and optimise the brand’s email marketing
  • Report and provide recommendations on email program performance frequently, including set appropriate account KPI’s and benchmarks
  • Continuously develop deliverability, segmentation, and forecasting knowledge
  • Clearly communicate strategies & progress to clients and team while able to execute campaigns at the tactical level/
