Are you a highly creative yet analytical Email Marketing Manager looking for that next step in your career? Join Trouva’s busy marketing team to lead our retention strategy for 2023.

A pivotal cross-functional role, the Email Marketing Manager leads on all retention initiatives and campaigns, constantly finding innovative ways to engage and inspire our customers. With a focus on building lifetime value, they will use customer insight, analytics and support from various departments including brand, data and customer success to design and drive the CRM programme for Trouva.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the CRM strategy with a particular focus on personalisation and segmentation
  • Work collaboratively with the brand and performance functions to ensure emails, in particular, balance both trade and brand objectives
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create a calendar of highly engaging omni-channel campaigns that are aimed at driving loyalty
  • Find and implement new ways to maintain and grow our database of customers
  • Review and design our automation programmes across email and app to drive maximum retention and revenue
  • Implement a test and learn programme, collaborating with our data teams to ensure key learnings and insights are tracked, reported back to the business and improved upon
  • Own and manage our customer referral programme

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience owning and managing email marketing, preferably in retail, ecommerce or marketplaces
  • Loyalty experience desired
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with tools like Ometria and Tableau
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Passion for all things independent retail, homewares and fashion
