We need your passion and drive to create an experience that resonates with our customers during their digital journey with us. As the Email Marketing Manager within the Digital & eCommerce team, you will support Eko with your expertise in leading, managing and implementing effective email marketing strategies and programs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with industry innovators and leaders to help lead the growth of Eko’s performance marketing team.

As the Email Marketing Manager at Eko You Will:

  • Lead the strategy, development and management of Eko’s email marketing program. 
  • Lead the development of effective email creative and templates that engages Eko’s target segments to drive full funnel conversion and positive ROAS.
  • Develop, maintain and effectively manage Eko’s email content editorial calendar.
  • Develop automated lifecycle and transactional triggered programs aimed at improving LTV and repeat purchase in partnership with digital marketing.
  • Lead Eko’s email audience segmentation and targeting strategy through the platforms with the integration of 1st and 3rd party data sources to drive full funnel conversion and positive ROAS. 
  • Develop an ongoing email test and learn strategy to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, attributed sales, and ROAS.
  • Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for all email campaigns to track results to provide insights and recommendations with an emphasis on full funnel including awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. 
  • Supervise agency and vendor relationships to identify, negotiate and executive multiple marketing initiatives to meet sales growth and retention goals.
  • Partner with corporate communications, customer service, enterprise B2B marketing, and agency partners to develop, manage and grow Eko’s email program that contributes to improved brand perceptions, loyalty and incremental sales. 
  • Study the email marketing industry to maintain a strong working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and innovations that can effectively advance Eko’s performance marketing initiatives. Become Eko’s in-house email subject matter expert. 
  • Drive knowledge sharing, innovation and best practices across the organization related to email marketing. Define and help prioritize digital initiatives and site improvements to achieve email success.
  • Understand how email can impact and influence healthcare, medical device and consumer electronic purchase decisions and act upon these insights to improve Eko’s email marketing campaigns.

As an Email Marketing Manager, You Have:

  • 7+ years’ experience with email service providers and tools such as Klaviyo, Listrak, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.  
  • Experience measuring and reporting on full funnel campaign success through insights with an emphasis on ROAS and multi-touch attribution. 
  • Experience with multi-variant testing related to email subject lines, creative and content to drive high open rates, click-through rates and conversion. 
  • Experience integrating email with other digital marketing channels such search, email and display/programmatic as part of 360 degree integrated marketing campaign. 
  • Experience creating and targeting multiple audiences through integrating 1st and 3rd party data sets. 
  • Experience working across multiple business lines with various stakeholders. 
  • A passion for digital innovation and staying on top of the evolving digital landscape. 
  • Ability to design and development emails from creative concepting through HTML development and ESP deployment. 
  • 5+ years of experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Figma, as well as, HTML development software such as Dreamweaver.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Experience presenting strategies, data, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership teams. 
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder and cross functional leadership, collaboration and communication skills required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.

As an Email Marketing Manager, We Would Appreciate if You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred emphasis in marketing or communications, or similar field. 
  • 5+ years experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker DataStudio, etc. 
  • Experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Experience integrating email data with outside sources such as Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads. 
  • Experience implementing SMS and app notification strategies.
  • Experience managing preference centers, CRM and CDP software.

  • A competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 - $110,000 plus Bonus and Equity
