IN YOUR NEW ROLE

The Email Marketing Manager is an organized team member, motivated by results and eager to learn. You’ll manage, built, and execute campaigns for wellness, lifestyle, and home brands. This role will report to the Director, Content and Community, working closely with the Brand Management, Web Development, and Merchandising teams.

You’re a data Rockstar with experience growing email/SMS lists and creating campaigns that drive revenue and engage audiences.

The Email Marketing Manager will take initiative to manage platforms, creating a customer journey that drives revenue and engages audiences. You may be crafting consumer-facing graphics in Canva to promote a recent blog post via email one day, and spending another optimizing post-purchase flows in SMS for increased revenue opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize email strategy across 3+ brands (1M+ customers)
  • Develop KPIs per brand, reporting on performance weekly and monthly
  • Create monthly and quarterly CRM calendar, with focus on wins and opportunities
  • Ensure marketing lists remain clean and segmented properly
  • Support recurring content newsletters, promotional campaigns, and more
  • Own the customer journey, from on-page sign-up to automation flows
  • Explore new opportunities for CRM growth in the eCommerce space
  • Test and ensure campaigns are optimized for mobile

TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills (You love a spreadsheet)
  • Strong copywriter; ability to adapt voice and tone across multiple brands
  • Team player who takes ownership of their work
  • Project management mindset—ability to balance multiple priorities at once
  • Basic design skills—from Canva to Photoshop a plus!
  • Experience with marketing materials and ESPs and SMS tools (Klaviyo and Attentive are a plus!)
