We’re looking for an eCommerce Product Manager to join the Consumer Revenues team! We help our customers become and remain subscribers of our expert content online. We’re a combination of marketers, analysts and software developers, working together with specialist teams in User Experience and - of course - editorial.
What you’ll be doing
As the Subscriptions eCommerce Product Manager, you’ll support and improve the digital subscriber lifecycle, with a focus on delivering the best user experience via technical solutions.
Alongside our marketing teams, UX Designers and Tech partners, you’ll build knowledge of user problems and needs, and benchmarks of good subscription journeys, and translate these into solutions that improve customer satisfaction, conversion and retention.
A key part of the role will be to oversee the delivery of a significant project to completely rebuild our online “Shop” technology in-house: enabling us to migrate away from legacy technology and create a flexible, scalable platform for the future.
