We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to help us manage the day-to-day maintenance of
Society6.com. This role performs a variety of content, marketing activities, and web merchandising to ensure the Society6 website truly reflects the brand and our campaign strategies.
You’ll report to: Vice President of Product.
A typical day as an eCommerce Manager might include:
- Review the integrated marketing calendar and write a creative brief to support new content on the homepage and the creation of a new landing page.
- Update and schedule site content for an upcoming site promotion.
- Build a new collection landing page following UX/UI best practices and distribute for internal review prior to launching.
- Monitor and report on website and core KPIs including site performance and product and collection sales to inform future channel strategies.
- Partner with Director of SEO, Product Team, and Performance Marketing to execute site content updates or A/B tests.
- Partner with the Merchandising team to optimize and assort products on our site to support our campaign and brand strategies.
What You Have:
- 3-5 years of eCommerce experience. DTC eCommerce within the home decor or apparel is a PLUS!
- Knowledge of digital content management, UX/UI, SEO and eCommerce Merchandising best practices.
- Experience with business reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate website KPIs (Traffic, CVR, AOV, STR, etc) into actionable insights.
- Exceptional ability to remain organized, and are solutions-oriented and able to work with a high level of autonomy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating priorities with relevant stakeholders.
💰 $85,000 - $105,000 per year
The starting base pay for this role is between USD 85,000 and USD 105,000 . The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and other perks.
