Job Descriptions
- Mapping area of the driver and vendor pool in Bandung, Cirebon, and other regions in West Java.
- Approach and acquire drivers/vendors as our supply.
- Explore strategies for acquiring drivers/vendors, such as expanding cohorts and faster converting to LLM platform.
- Activate drivers/vendors by providing orders to be fulfilled.
- Manage and monitor the Driver Field Sales team on daily basis for the above points.
- Provide strategies for Driver Field Sales to achieve weekly targets and work within those targets.
- Collaborate with the Operations department to meet leads requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate digital leads.
- Be willing to work in an agile environment where targets may change based on conditions and needs.
- Possessing a passion for logistics (specifically trucking) is a big plus.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably from a startup company.
- Familiarity with the West Java market.
- Ability to communicate effectively in local languages is preferred.
- Join or have a strong connection with the driver pool/vendor area.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to champion new processes from planning to completion.
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience and familiarity with Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- A background in inland transport/logistics is a plus point.
