Develop and implement processes that delight providers on our network as measured by feedback surveys
Develop and implement a strategy to measure and improve the Reliance Health member experience while seeking care at providers on the Reliance Health network
Develop and implement incentives for providers to minimize wait and maximize medical quality for Reliance Health members
Eliminate episodes of long wait time, declined care, relationship denials and other negative experiences that members experience while seeking care
Manage provider relationship management team to maximize provider performance within assigned portfolio as measured by clinical quality and member satisfaction
Ensure timely resolution of all internal and external escalations related to the provider network
Improve process of onboarding and consistent engagement of providers to ensure adherence to Reliance Health processes and rules
Requirements
Minimum of First Degree in Medicine, Dentistry, or Ophthalmology
You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Insurance
A customer success, claims, provider/insurance related work history is an added advantage
Ability to use data to drive decision making and problem solving
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel when required
