WelbeHealth is a VC-backed healthcare company founded in 2015 that offers comprehensive medical and social care to socioeconomically disadvantaged seniors in a way that allows them to continue living in the community as opposed to going into a nursing home. We have over 1,000 team members, having hired 300 in the last six months, and we're on pace to hire another 400 in the next year

The Director, Office of the CEO will work closely with the VP, Corporate Strategy and Services to support Office of the CEO priorities. This includes working closely with key stakeholders on content and meeting support, including the Welbe investor board, and the WelbeHealth executive and leadership teams. This individual will be a strategic thought partner to the VP, Corporate Strategy to support development and execution of the company’s highest-level strategic and operations priorities.

TRAVEL 2X A MONTH, 1-3 DAYS PER TRIP

Essential Duties:

Work with VP, Corporate Strategy and Services to support WelbeHealth investor board meetings as primary content developer, including supporting Board committees
Support successful execution of WelbeHealth leadership operating rhythm, including all planning and support for quarterly executive team and leadership team meetings (QBR), weekly executive team meetings, quarterly OKR development
Work with analytics and operations to monitor performance of Welbe’s KPIs and OKRs to ensure supporting work is creating company value
Facilitate annual update of the strategic plan and periodic update of the operating plan
Oversee bi-annual development of WelbeHealth’s Public Benefit Company report
Support related communications, including dissemination of strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders, in partnership with communications and the executive team
Support launch and management of an innovation/impact function to encourage company-wide strategic thinking and broaden WelbeHealth’s community impact

Skills and Experience:

5-10+ years of healthcare consulting, operations and/or strategy experience in healthcare or highly related industry
Required Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant area
Experience working with executive teams, thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is very mission-driven.
Exceptional demonstrated systems thinking/problem solving skills
Excellent influence, collaboration and partnership skills, as this role will require significant navigation of a matrixed organization
Expert in Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint
History of executing on complex, interconnected projects and processes

Wage base range for this role is $150,000 - 175,000 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
