The Role & The Team:

This opportunity in the Office of the CEO is a great career stepping stone as you will work with the company’s C-level leadership for effective cross functional execution and truly drive important company wide projects. This role demands wisdom beyond years as you will be interacting with execs on a daily basis and making teams accountable on their commitments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Sales Strategy/Go-To-Market motions with an unending desire to learn different aspects of the company. The candidate needs to have exemplary program management skills and a hustle mentality with great situational smarts, low ego, strong communication skills and a forceful attitude. The role is initially an individual contributor but with the expectation that it will soon build a team. Ideal phrase to describe the impact of the job - Sky's the limit.

What You’ll Do:

  • End to end design and program management of key company strategic initiatives e.g.  Effective Segmentation; How to enhance Platform selling; How to build on competitive advantage
  • Lead or partner on special projects driven by the CEO/other leaders across all operational areas of the business e.g. Improving customer retention, win rates, participation rates, etc.
  • Build collaborative relationships with other members of the executive team; assist in the alignment of priorities and acceleration of decision making
  • Enable effective closed loop execution on top company priorities

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong breadth and depth of sales/sales strategy/GTM experience in a B2B selling context
  • BS/BA in a technical field with 5+ relevant experience and an MBA  
  • Prefer having a management consulting or similar background
  • Strong program management skills to drive multiple initiatives in a changing environment with limited supervision
  • Excellent Data and Financial Modeling skills- what-if scenarios, simulations, impact analysis and tying this to business/customer problems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, using utmost discretion when working with CEO, Executives, and Business Partners
  • A+ ability to successfully work across stakeholder teams and positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and self-directed
  • You enjoy bringing order to chaos during busy periods with calmness and focus
