Our innovative and growing company is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing marketing team. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing across our organization on large and complex projects as well as, owning initiatives of their own. The focus of this position will be on building demand in the marketplace and delivering that demand through warm leads to the sales team. This is a cross-functional role overseeing event strategy, paid media partnerships, demand generation/growth, email, and content strategies. 

We are looking for an individual who can build, lead, and nurture an effective Growth Marketing program at Digital Remedy. A curious mindset is a must, as we are very focused on testing and learning tactics and using data to make decisions around what works. Even though content isn’t the primary focus of the role, it's a big focus for the team. Having an interest in how content can effectively drive growth strategies (with focus on new media: video, audio, etc) is important. 

Salary - $120,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to develop growth strategies to drive engagement, leads, opportunities, pipeline, and new customers within key accounts and core buying audiences (Brands, Independent Agencies, and Holdco Media Agencies). 
  • Create, optimize, and manage our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, working with key stakeholders, to drive incremental revenue from those accounts . 
  • Orchestrate the full marketing mix into effective targeted campaigns including sales and marketing emails, 3rd-party and hosted events, paid and organic social, website and landing page content, retargeting, growth and demand gen, direct mail, etc.
  •  Hire, grow, and mentor additional team members as needed to support growth efforts. 
  • Establish measurement and reporting metrics, KPIs, and augment operational workflows to ensure we can capture and measure the right data to prove out those KPIs. 
  • Build and manage email nurture campaigns and effectively distribute product information and content to generate engagement, awareness, and leads. 
  • Manage all paid media partnerships from contract negotiations, strategy and execution, reporting, and ROI analysis. 
  • Manage all of Digital Remedy 1st and 3rd party events from contract negotiation, strategy, and ROI analysis. 
  • Lead growth marketing by working with our growth partner on paid display, CTV, social, and search campaigns by optimizing towards lead generation and reporting ROI. 
  • Work closely with revenue and marketing operations to drive HubSpot processes, workflows, integrations, reporting, etc. 
  • Manage budgeting for media partnerships, events, and paid growth initiatives.

  • Experience building and delivering effective and measurable demand-generation strategies. 
  • Success in delivering value-driving events and engaging in paid media partnerships that deliver ROI. 
  • Understanding growth channels and experience using growth platforms: Linkedin, Facebook, Google Search & Display. 
  • Ability to create email workflows optimized for specific audiences. 
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.
  • Passionate and curious about advertising, technology & marketing. 
  • Big team player….the marketing team wins as a team. 
  • Has used HubSpot marketing automation software to build, manage, and deliver campaigns as well as for reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and key stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
  • Has a good understanding of product creation and launch processes. 
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to highlight key differentiators and tap into specific audience pain points to crafting messaging. 
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of mind-sets from sales teams to data scientists. 
  • 3-6 years experience in marketing in the ad tech industry.
  • Proven experience delivering growth strategies that have performed.
