Position Description

The Director of Marketing Delivery leads one of Method Savvy’s Planning & Delivery teams; a client-focused team that provides innovative and effective solutions for growth-minded middle market and enterprise B2B and B2C brands. In this role, the Director will lead, mentor, supervise, motivate and inspire an interdisciplinary team of creatives, strategists and marketers as the group applies Method Savvy’s 5 Phase Methodology to address the unique business challenges our clients face. To be a successful Director, this individual will have a vision for, and a plan to, create an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, demonstrates flexibility, and solidifies long-term and financially healthy customer relationships.

Tasks & Responsibilities Include

What You'll Do

  • Day-to-day management of an interdisciplinary team of creatives, marketers, analysts and consultants.
  • Collaborate with the team and assigned clients to establish clear goals, set the vision and trajectory for the work and outline the strategic approach to achieve objectives.
  • Lead workshops and consult directly with clients to identify core business objectives, elevate thinking and operationalize the execution of integrated marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement resource plans, budgets and timelines to achieve team, organizational and client objectives.
  • Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, domain knowledge and communication abilities.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and mentor them in their activation.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and career development sessions with assigned team members.
  • Contribute to Method Savvy’s growth through a successful team and healthy customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing operations or performance marketing.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in an agency, consultancy or other professional services environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively communicate with clients, partners, and teammates to generate winning outcomes.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex information into a persuasive deliverable that tells a compelling story.
  • An attitude of continuous improvement, creativity and grit to solve challenges; big and small.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose problems, create short- and long-term solutions, and put in place processes and supporting accountability structures to ensure the success of these solutions.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
