What we’re looking for

Our Director of Growth Marketing will create an omnichannel marketing platform, inclusive of offline and online channels to drive customer growth through acquisition tactics and existing customer retention. You are a hands-on leader that can easily provide a strategic vision but also be able to lean in and manage execution. We’re looking for a marketing leader that understands the demands of building and scaling B2B technology and banking growth initiatives while also understanding what it takes to measure attribution to ensure optimal brand awareness, performance, and scalability. This individual will be responsible for the designing and driving programs aimed at the growth, onboarding and retention of fintech vertical prospects and Partners. This role will be an integral part of our team’s effort to educate customers, deliver delightful experiences, and drive discovery and adoption of our products. As the owner of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting that is shared with leadership, internal and external teams, the person in this role needs to be able to synthesize data and findings into action.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, plan and implement the overall omnichannel marketing strategy to key prospect and Partner segments across the portfolio in partnership with Business teams
  • Ensure smooth execution of all digital platforms, tools and applications, including the website
  • The individual will own the data – this includes measuring ROI and KPIs and assess need for enhanced investments and innovative platforms
  • Assess challenges and opportunities and/or organizational dynamics to proactively employ appropriate actions to quickly deploy technologically advanced tools, resources to optimize customer 360 experience and reaffirm brand messaging and positioning
  • Evaluate and recommend new optimization methods to improve customer experience
  • Understand the long-term impact based on market dynamics now and in the future and facilitate strategy and plan implementation to produce long term profitable access, while meeting short term key brand performance metrics
  • Work with IT and external vendor partners to manage user experience across platforms, assisting with problem resolution
  • Partner with brand teams, key sales, operations and market access personnel, as well as other internal stakeholders to ensure digital, financial and strategic optimization
  • Ensure customer 360 lens is clearly understood by brand leadership, is incorporated into analytics, is compliant and validated
  • Act as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain digital capabilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of omnichannel strategy, including all budget-related, project management oversight and other issues

Qualifications

  • Possess a test-and-learn mentality and be equipped with the right knowledge of methodologies, tools, and approaches to build this into our daily work
  • Results-driven and focused both on meeting the needs of customers and the business – with evidence of past performance
  • Depth of experience in engaging different audiences at different lifecycle stages
  • Experience in performance marketing, analysis, and optimization of omnichannel programs
  • Solid project management experience and, ability to plan and operationalize based on clear roadmaps and, agreed milestones
  • Ability to collaborate skillfully with IT, Data and technologists to set the foundations and innovate for omnichannel success (including CRM knowledge and experience)
  • Bachelors or master’s degree
