BillionToOne's first product, UNITY™ is the first and only prenatal screen that directly assesses the baby's risk for common and severe inherited disorders such as cystic fibrosis, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), and hemoglobinopathies from a single tube of blood from the pregnant mother.
BillionToOne is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s growth marketing initiatives. Every year, millions of pregnant women get prenatal genetic testing in the US alone. UNITY is uniquely differentiated in the space with its unique disease coverage, and we have been growing at ~3x YoY. As we have established a strong product-market-fit through a field sales team, we are ready to further our growth through a wider range of growth engines.
That’s where you come in. As the first growth marketer in the company, you are responsible for building and optimizing our growth playbooks for patients and providers leads, and over time driving transformational growth in the adoption of products. If you are an experienced growth marketer who is highly analytical and data-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is fascinated by the potential of genetic testing, this is the perfect opportunity for you. At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination of a (1) base pay range (actual amount offered is based experience and salary/equity options split that the candidate chooses) (2) generous equity options offering, on top of (3) industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave etc.).
For this position, we offer a total compensation package range of $300,000-$350,000, including a base pay range of $175,000-$200,000 per year.
