Why We Are Hiring:

Cyware is hiring a Director of Demand Generation. In this position, you’ll play an leadership role on the marketing team to help create awareness, interest in and engagement for Cyware’s products to attract and retain customers, and drive revenue. 

You’ll lead, manage, and drive the methods used to develop and cultivate new business and long-term customer relationships with both skills and strategic knowledge. This position will drive the execution of overall growth and demand generation programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a leader over the demand generation function within the marketing department. 
  • Lead, execute and manage demand generation programs and account-based marketing strategies to secure interest, engagement, and meetings with prospective customers for our threat intelligence, security collaboration, and security automation solutions.  
  • Manage and measure lead generation technologies including: HubSpot, Google AdWords, Drift, LinkedIn advertising, ZoomInfo, and others. 
  • Drive demand generation programs by leveraging inbound and outbound strategies (e.g. webinars, content, events/tradeshows, emails, paid advertising, social media, SEO, target prospect marketing, etc) 
  • Develop and execute strategic account strategies working directly to enable the sales organization to identify engaging and creative methods for engagement. 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing leaders to define and establish campaign workflows that include integrated connections to other platforms. 
  • Partner with content writers and SMEs to provide campaign customization according to the analysis of buyer needs. 
  • Manage inbound and outbound activity of BDR team to develop leads, engage contacts, and nurture existing database.
  • Lead the process of A/B testing growth tactics to improve response and conversion rates in the funnel. 
  • Bring new creative strategies to generate awareness of Cyware solutions as measured by traffic to the Cyware web site, Cyware content and other Cyware digital properties to increase subscriber base and generate qualified leads for the BDR organization. 
  • Manage SEO and paid digital agencies, assist in program analysis and optimization 
  • Oversee Cyware’s web presence and calls to action, including improving website lead and traffic performance, and facilitating website update requests by working with the global web site team. 
  • Improve processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend. 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or comparable education/experience 
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a B2B demand generation role is required
  • Experience marketing technology to large enterprise accounts 
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years leading the demand generation function at a SaaS company is strongly preferred 
  • Proven track record designing and executing innovative account-based marketing programs 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Drift, ZoomInfo, ABM platforms, and other tools 
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate well with others 
  • Data-driven and extremely organized 
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
