ABOUT THE ROLE:
As
Regal.io's first Demand Generation Director & our first marketing hire under our CMO, you will build and establish our Demand Gen strategy to acquire qualified pipelines and drive revenue. You'll play a key role in influencing our sales development strategy by accelerating inbound demand, activating sales outbound efforts, scaling our account-based marketing strategy, and growing other initiatives. Additionally, you will hire, develop and manage an exceptional team of marketers!

Regal.io's Director of Demand Generation role is an opportunity to partner with our executive team & grow revenue at a pivotal time of expansion in the org.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scale the revenue engine: you will optimize the existing paid marketing strategy (across social, remarketing, display) and provide strategic guidance for content marketing and SEO

Expand qualified lead generation: you will lead the development and execution of a high-intent inbound and outbound strategy through paid and non-paid programs, partner marketing, database marketing, etc., to generate qualified opportunities
- Own, refine, and report on acquisition metrics such as qualified versus unqualified pipeline, demo requests, and digital performance indicators
- Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize demand generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions
- Build and optimize our lead generation strategy based on buyer journey and personas
- Maintain and build a strong relationship with the key internal teams, especially Product and Sales
- Refine and scale a sophisticated account-based marketing strategy
- Influence the MarTech stack evaluation and purchase decisions
- Nurture and support our paid media agency & third parties to promote high performance
ABOUT YOU:
- 5-10 years of demand gen experience in B2B SaaS organizations
- Expert at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns to drive revenue
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM, particularly Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement, forecasting and ROI, and program execution skills
- Experience working across multiple product lines and buyer profiles
- Experience with direct gifting and intent software a bonus
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including creating project plans, setting priorities, and trafficking projects to meet strict deadlines

This position is available in New York City, San Francisco & Boston.
We have offices in NYC (NoMad), Boston (Downtown/Financial) and San Francisco (Financial District). In office is required T/W/TH. Office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
