Are you interested in helping to build a marketing function from zero to one, within a proven business model that has already achieved scale? At Integral, we have a unique approach to product development that sets us apart from the typical “dev shop.” With a focus on deep upfront discovery, and sound Product Management principles, we have built digital products that are used by millions of users for some of the largest brands in North America. As we set our sights on growth in 2023, we’re looking for a Marketing leader who can help us amplify our message to build a larger audience, and convert that audience into new customers.


Responsibilities


  • Implement an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy to build awareness of Integral amongst our target industries
  • Build out TOFU campaigns to generate interest in our service offerings
  • Build out nurture sequences to convert this interest into high-intent leads for Sales
  • Manage our paid and organic channels to deploy campaigns to our audiences with the right message, at the right time.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, programs and channels and develop insights and recommendations to optimize
  • Work cross functionally with BD/Sales to identify a target account list and develop ABM strategies to penetrate those accounts

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of inbound marketing and a history of working within B2B buying cycles
  • A successful track record of driving high-intent demand through a variety of organic and paid channels
  • Experience building out a marketing strategy from the ground up, and executing on that strategy in an ever-changing environment
  • Strategically minded but not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Deep experience working within a MarTech stack (Specific experience with Hubspot is a plus)
  • A growth mindset and a comfort level operating in fast-moving, high growth environments
  • Experience working hand-in-hand with Sales to drive not just leads or MQLs, but pipeline and revenue
  • Experience with marketing analytics and the ability to derive insights from complex data
