- Continuously enhance and accelerate the buyer journey, drive customer segmentation, map campaign objectives, and collaborate on the right assets needed for the different stages of the customer journey (awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention, expansion).
- Lead the creation, implementation, and execution of ABM marketing programs, collaborating closely with the rest of the marketing function to deliver strategic assets in order to deepen account engagement.
- Partner closely with sales and CS teams to share relevant prospect/customer insights, ensure clear hand-offs (and pass-backs) from marketing-owned channels, and fuel direct, actionable feedback loops on what’s working and what’s not.
- Source, implement, and manage a cohesive marketing tech stack, collaborating closely with RevOps and external dev resources where necessary, to get the most out of HubSpot, all relevant integrations and data enrichment tools, and our website on Webflow.
-
Ensure effective tracking mechanisms are in place and produce robust, regular reporting to inform spend optimization, revenue planning and marketing priorities.

- Proven track record leading the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across key B2B channels (paid media, paid social, email, direct mail, webinars, print).
- Highly organized, collaborative individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing projects and iterate on the fly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of clearly articulating vision and strategy.
- Analytical mindset and creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate marketing activities and results into usable insights and actions for Sales.
