Director, MyLT Finance and Business Operations

This position is based in the Charlotte, NC area with a hybrid work schedule of three days per week in office (Tues, Wed, Thur) and two days WFH.  

MyLendingTree is LendingTree’s only membership business, which has grown to more than 22m users since 2014 and provides members access to their credit scores, monitors their credit and personalized credit and insurance offers.  The business generates >$150m in revenues for the business and provides curated experiences that helps the members improve their credit profile and financial situation. 

Key Role/Responsibilities 

• Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the MyLT team and its investments 
• Develop and drive FP&A and Analytic agendas for and through the MyLT team
• Evaluate and advise on financial impact of business activities and provide recommendations to improve business performance, drive accountability, and encourage smart decision making 
• Collaborate with, support, and challenge business partners to optimize short and long-term financial performance in alignment with established strategy
• Supports the development, execution, and overall management and rhythm of MyLT business (RoB).
• Support the building of OKRs and manage the use of tools/systems to track key metrics.
• Leads the development of project economics and tracking for growth initiatives 
• Works with Analytics to establish the reporting required to identify, track MyLT areas of growth/engagement as well as leverage our data to improve the MyLT Operation

• Digital Advisor Initiative management/tracking and modeling 
• Project/Boulder prioritization within MyLT
• Prioritizes and establishes reporting and report distribution with Analytics support 
• Helps build and grow financial reporting and analysis for MyLT team
• Driving and connecting Telemetry data into an impactful business asset for MyLT team 

Experience / Training / Education:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in FP&A preferably supporting a high growth organization.
• Fintech experience highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related program is required, MBA strongly preferred
