We are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to implement and optimize our Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Advertisement User Growth tactics.

Studyportals Headquarters is in Strijp-S, Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Flexibility to work 3 days per week remotely.

Why are we searching for you?

I, Antonia, the Student Marketing Director at Studyportals, aim to help as many students as possible find their dream study and make the most important decision of their lives. As a result, I want to grow as quickly as possible. You can help me increase the number of paid portal users! You'll need to plan, manage, and, most importantly, optimize marketing efforts aimed at students all across the World. You will need to be really inventive in order to earn a decent return on investment (ROI). Of course, you must work with colleagues both inside the team and from the commercial department.

The position is initially fixed term but there is potential to extend the contract after the first year.

What are your three main goals?

  • Increase paid traffic to the portals by 50%,
  • Increase conversion rates of paid traffic,
  • Double the amount of delivered leads,

All within a healthy ROI.

How does your team look like?

The team is fantastic! It consists of five really kind, fun, and ambitious individuals, as well as two interns. SEA is being worked on by Anna, Belen, and Wolter. Kerry understands the critical importance of student nurturing. And Lola is a creative genius. Everyone radiates positivism, and each person is eager to assist one another in making the marketing objective a success. Everyone reports to me, Antonia. I directly report to the CTO. So it's a really flat organization, decisions are made quickly, and you have a lot of influence and control over your own job.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, analyze, and especially optimize online campaigns to drive high quality traffic to our website.
  • Create engaging content, and come up with new campaign ideas, visuals, and catchy Call to Actions in the search to the next great performing campaigns.
  • Come up with creative ideas and plans to optimize your campaigns according to our main KPIs: cost per user, conversion rate, and ROI.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in SEA, Campaign Optimization, Campaign Segmentation and Digital Marketing as a whole.
  • Experience with Google ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, Excel, Programmatic and Performance marketing, online marketing strategies, bid algorithms.
  • A really proactive attitude. You are always looking for ways to improve your campaigns, leaving no stone untouched. Follow-up with as many people as necessary to complete tasks. As many times as needed.
  • A gregarious person who enjoys smiling and joking while working hard to complete tasks.
  • Fluent in English
