The Digital Marketing Specialist, DACH will play a key role on our marketing team driving the digital experiences and journeys for some of the largest e-Commerce brands in DACH. You’ll be on our results-orientated digital campaign and paid media team, who are responsible for driving pipeline through paid search, social, email, nurture campaigns, display, and retargeting campaigns. You will have a deep understanding of our ICP and what types of digital campaigns move them through the funnel. Working winthin our "Virtual First" approach, you’ll become a core part of the Marketing team.

What challenge awaits you? 

Your role will be mostly focused on executing our digital marketing strategy in DACH to directly generate and influence opportunities, pipeline and closed-won revenue across Bloomreach’s solutions. You will be extremely data driven, creative, and will draw insight from analysis, and then develop recommendations for how to target our ICP. 

Your job will be to:

  • Contribute to advancing Bloomreach’s paid media strategy in DACH
  • Responsible for the management and optimization of paid search campaigns, including landing page creation and CRO, keyword research, ad copy and audience adjustments
  • Support the EMEA Digital team in setting up demand gen campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid media channels
  • Analyze and articulate campaign/channel performance
  • Meet regularly and collaborate with our advertising partners - we work closely with Google, LinkedIn, 6sense

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will help build the digital strategy for the region
  • In 90 days, you will report on the regional KPIs of your digital programs
  • In 180 days, you will work on building repeatable quarterly programs 

You have the following experience and qualities:

Professional 

  1. A subject matter expert, with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally B2B) 
  2. Understanding of conversion pixel tracking, event tracking, UTM parameters for attribution
  3. Proficiency with LinkedIn ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Xing
  4. Experience with Hubspot

 

Personal 

  1. Creative, detail-oriented and a highly-motivated professional who should be self-driven, be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  2. A mindset for testing - on the lookout for new campaign formats and creatives to test to improve engagement with our target audiences
  3. Strong analytical skills - you’ll know your way around numbers and be able to make assessments of performance and subsequent recommendations
  4. Fluency in both English and German
