Digital Marketing Specialist

FormAssembly is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and optimize the FormAssembly website for campaign performance.

Reporting to the Director of Growth of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work cross functionality with internal teams and external vendors to drive leads and pipeline, and implement tools and best practices to improve engagement, reporting and user experience on the corporate website. The ideal candidate has a track record of success with digital marketing channels ranging from SEM to paid social and display, is proficient in Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce and WordPress, and has a passion for data and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels, including PPC, paid social, SEM, content syndication, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with MarOps and use Google Analytics to track and manage campaign performance and results.
  • Manage digital campaign budgets and KPI pacing, making adjustments as needed in creatives, ad formats, targeting strategies, and bidding to ensure marketing performance goals are achieved.
  • Manage and direct multiple vendors and agencies, including PPC, Paid Social, ABM, and website.
  • Work collaboratively with other marketing disciplines to develop campaign assets, and implement tracking, measurement and optimization strategies.
  • Proactively solicit feedback from SDRs, Sales, Product and Customer Success, and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Website Optimization

  • Develop and manage FormAssembly’s web optimization strategy, including, personalization, data enrichment, and chat.
  • Create, manage, and implement A/B testing and optimization with a focus on customer journey flow and conversion on landing pages and across the website.
  • Analyze end-to-end customer experience across integrated marketing campaigns and evaluate the effectiveness of current customer and digital experiences.
  • Leverage analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and optimize the website to elevate search efforts and align to SEO best practices, with eye on conversions and revenue generation.
  • Evaluate and provide perspective for emerging technologies and evolving best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience at a B2B technology company; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in channels including SEO/SEM, PPC, Paid Social Media, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, Content Syndication, ABM advertising.
  • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and measuring campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4 and basic understanding of Marketing Automation and CRM systems. Salesforce and Marketo experience a plus.
  • Proven track record managing third party web developers, digital channel agencies and vendors.
  • Experience with testing methodologies including how to execute and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Outstanding communication, project management and collaboration skills with the ability to work with creative, technical and business teams.
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Intellectually curious, motivated, and driven by a passion to learn.
  • [Bonus points] Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
