Cambly is a platform that allows users to practice speaking English with native speakers with a subscription business model. We work on making English learning more effective, fun, and accessible. We are growing fast and currently have offices in Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, USA. If you join us, you'll be working in the European market.

Requirements for the role
- 1-3 years of performance marketing experience
- Have the right to work in Berlin
- Fluent English (daily communication will be in English)
- Worked in one of these markets: Italy, France, Germany, Poland
- Worked with budgets higher than $ 200.000 per year
- Experience working with creative teams
Nice to Have
- Worked in multiple markets in Europe
- TikTok or Twitter Ads experience
- Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager or MMPs like Singular or Adjust
- Experience with programmatic buying
- Experience with landing page optimization tools
- Experience working in international startups, scale-ups or marketing agencies
What will you be doing in this role?
- You'll set up, run and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Google ads platforms
- You'll help us test new platforms and channels
- You'll create short reports on the performance to be able to get feedback from your international counterparts and manager
- You'll create insights for the creative team to help improve the performance of our creatives
