What you'll do:
- Lead the Digital Marketing activities for our digital services across all channels
- Develop strategies, implement campaigns and optimize the digital performance marketing channels (display campaigns, paid search, digital growth channels) to drive traffic, engagements and retention
- Effectively execute performance marketing strategies by deploying, implementing and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Manage budgets and leverage data across the digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiency
- Maintain day-to-day day to day operations including execution, QA and reporting of campaigns
- Develop and execute test and learn strategies across all channels
- Measure the incrementality of the different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency
- Manage communication, set a process and build relation with internal and external parties
- Identify new and emerging marketing channels
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Track KPIs and develop reporting process to assess performance and implement actions accordingly
Requirements
What you'll need:
- 1+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing
- Heavy operational experience with display, search, analytical and remarketing channels
- Proven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing activities
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-task high-energy energy environment
- Perfect verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
- Experience working in a similar or related role
