Title – Digital Marketing Project Manager
Position – Fulltime

Essential Skills:
- Proven expertise in developing strategies to optimize paid and organic marketing through Social, Search and Display / Retargeting & email channels
- Understanding of email best practices within the following categories (Targeting/Segmentation, Personalization, Triggered Automation, Orchestrated Journeys, Multivariate Testing and Optimization).
- Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud marketing platform such as Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Exact Target, Adobe, Braze etc.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and draw insights from digital marketing metrics to offer recommendations.
- Experience working in retail / e-commerce domain. Exposure to Jewelry domain is nice to have.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deliver documented 2020 Digital Marketing Strategy and Content Strategy in coordination with client teams.
- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Evaluate existing Digital channels and assets.
- Adopt data-driven approach to review the current digital marketing effectiveness and adjust the strategy to achieve greater ROI.
- Provide monthly update to executive team on digital marketing progress and strategic / initiatives leading to business growth.
- Hold weekly scheduled meetings with business stakeholders to review status of project deliverables, update work plans and provide feedback to stakeholders on project status and risks.
- Manage relationships with internal and 3rd party vendors for the client and program manage their deliverables.
- Provide directions to the offshore marketing execution team to execute on the digital marketing plan.
