Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Firmex’s online presence including managing our inbound pipeline, online brand programs, online reputation management, media buying, web operations, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, paid search, and media buying with a proven track record of driving results through multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.  They will have effective communications skills, curiosity, and be well-versed in the latest tools and technologies.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation for Firmex
  • Oversee and execute our SEO programs driving organic growth through keyword research, analytics, link building, content development, outreach programs, on page analysis, and optimization
  • Own our paid search strategy efficiently driving traffic and conversions by utilizing effective bidding strategies, keyword research, analysis, and optimization 
  • Develop our digital media buying strategy, with a strong focus on reaching specific segments including; target accounts, users, and website visitors 
  • Manage contractors and agencies supporting our digital programs
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure all spend is allocated effectively to drive maximum return on investment
  • Provide regular Analysis and reporting on the success of digital marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
  • Stay current with digital marketing advancements, making recommendations for new and innovative marketing approaches

What you'll need to be successful as a Digital Marketing Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, media buying, and social media
  • Curious and passionate able to stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, strategies, and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion and curiosity for digital marketing, Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, with a passion for continuous learning and development
