About the role.

The Digital Marketing Manager role involves ownership of PPC campaigns across Google and Bing and would be responsible for campaign implementation, optimisation, and reporting. The successful candidate would be the primary point of contact for all PPC queries for one category division (e.g., Fashion/Home or Elec/Toys/Gifts/Beauty) and would work with Category and Trading teams to support key events and product launches and deliver high-quality campaigns, messaging, and reporting. Experience working with large budget eComm Retailers would be advantageous whether in an agency or in-house capacity.

The Digital Marketing Manager would report into the Digital Marketing Lead for PPC and be supported by a dedicated Exec/Assistant. Line management responsibility in current or previous roles is essential with demonstrable experience in developing and mentoring direct report(s).

About you.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to work across our PPC channel. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ experience working both in a hands-on, account management capacity while also being capable of demonstrating how PPC can be used to support business goals at a tactical and strategic level to drive demand and new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate would be passionate about PPC and be curious and proactive in testing new ideas, constantly seeking ways to improve channel and business performance, while keeping up to date in a fast-moving industry.

As well as direct report responsibility and internal stakeholder management, the successful candidate would be adept at developing strong external relationships with key media, agency, and technology partners.

The successful candidate would have strong reporting and analytical skills and be capable of sharing performance and campaign insights tailored to different audiences and varying levels of channel knowledge across the business.
