Our Manager of Digital Marketing will be a key leader in planning, implementing, and managing our paid digital media strategies across our ever-growing portfolio of companies
This role requires a well-organized manager who makes data-driven decisions and is an excellent communicator. It demands a strong understanding of and a willingness to take ownership of driving the day-to-day success of paid digital media, including both SEM and Social ad efforts.
Responsibilities
- Own your numbers as part of a highly data-driven team
- Working with Paid Digital Strategy leaders to develop cutting-edge digital campaigns that support marketing goals across digital platforms for full portfolio of over 25 websites
- Strategically building and maintaining audiences in numerous ad platforms
- Seeing campaigns through from conception to launch
- Day to day management and optimization of paid digital campaigns
- Providing continuous actionable insights and reporting into campaign performance
- Measuring and tracking relevant paid media KPIs
- Building out media buys and making recommendations
- Managing daily/weekly/monthly ad spend budget across numerous platforms
- Being the in-house expert on paid media best practices and new technologies
- Identify KPIs, wins, misses, opportunities and recommend next steps
Requirements
- 5+ Proven years SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
- 3+ Proven years Social Ads experience and success managing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating paid media reports
- Proficient in Excel and/or other reporting tools
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with great time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a team player and collaborator
