Productboard is hiring a

Digital Marketing Coordinator

San Francisco, United States

Productboard is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to deliver on PPC and SEO programs, drive top-of-funnel acquisition, and support our revenue marketing goals. This position will serve as a functional liaison between Productboard’s digital planning efforts and agency execution.

Reporting to our Director of Digital and Performance Marketing, you’ll be responsible for accelerating our speed to market, while upholding operational rigor for our programs to efficiently scale and grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have, at minimum, a working knowledge of PPC and SEO best practices, exposure to audience creation and targeting segmentation for B2B, as well as a foundational understanding of revenue attribution and full-funnel reporting. This role is highly collaborative, and will partner closely with team stakeholders from analytics, demand generation, design, web engineering, along with the broader marketing team. While you will not be directly building and executing campaigns in many cases, a working knowledge of the tools and platforms used for execution is still essential to liaise between teams, fulfill needs, and hold all parties accountable.

Beyond technical qualifications, you must be a highly organized multi-tasker, have an appetite for speedy learning and execution, and take a data-driven approach to decision making to be successful in this role. We pride ourselves on our team culture, so the ideal candidate will also foster our core values of clarity, empathy, relentless improvement, togetherness, and transparency.

  • Update our change log to inform benchmarking
  • Govern proper use of internal digital tools and their permissions

Support Digital Execution

  • Edit campaign messaging for ad copy length and editorial requirements
  • Review ad copy messaging against personas and messaging frameworks shared by the product marketing team; enforce the utilization of integrated themes within our content
