Responsibilities:

  • Serve as main point of contact for day-to-day client interactions related to measurement planning, data analytics and reporting
  • Ensure client work is delivered at highest standards of quality, on-time and on budget
  • Supervise consultants and analysts in research (primary, secondary, vendor management) and in development of well-designed PowerPoint slides that tell a clear and compelling story
  • Structure a project plans for client deliverables, including primary and secondary research, measurement plans and digital marketing roadmaps
  • Design deliverables that clearly communicates key findings, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Work interactively with your project teams to share insights, incorporate feedback, and evolve analysis and deliverables
  • Provide structured and actionable feedback to project teams to maximize professional development
  • Assist Principals and Directors with pitches and proposals providing critical feedback on project design, timelines, etc. 

Desired Experience:

  • Consulting and client management
    • 7+ years of consulting/client management experience
    • Demonstrated experience working in healthcare or life sciences space.
    • Familiarity with Pharmaceutical regulatory environment
    • Demonstrated project management, client management, and team management experience
  • Digital Analytics
    • 5+ years’ work experience as a Digital analytics lead. marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager – preferably with in a health care organization or pharmaceutical company
    • Deep knowledge of web analytics tools including GA4, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager
    • Ability to develop, maintain, and produce dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses using Tableau, Google Data studio, Power BI, SQL, and Excel
    • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
    • Working knowledge of latest technology and best practices
    • Experience implementing and optimizing digital media and lead generation campaigns including paid search, paid social and programmatic media.
    • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
    • Familiarity with web design and HTML
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and project management skills
    • BA or BS degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field, MBA preferred

Salary range - $140,000 - $165,000
