We are looking for experienced a DID Manager / Coordinator to join IDT Team.
At this position you will:
- DID's:
- Manage ID footprint in global market purchasing DID Products from multiple carriers including DIDs, ITFS, PSTN replacement for national, international and mobile numbers.
- Actively acquire new vendors and negotiate DID rates, for both IB DID and PSTN to include OB, ES and Short codes working with the sales teams to meet their needs.
- Develop strong, long term relationships with DID providers to meet the business requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential partners working closely with engineering, routing, and ops teams to ensure the technical requirements meet our needs.
- Coordinate setup of all new DID providers with trunk group configuration, routing and billing.
- Become a subject matter expert with a solid understanding of the - IDT products that require DIDs and PSTN replacement.
- Main point of support for sales on any DID related questions, pricing etc...
- Maintain a manual Inventory assignment / tracking of DID suppliers and their monthly cost and business allocation working closely with finance and accounting.
We want you to have:
- At least 3 years experience in a buyer and technical role in the messaging industry.
- Great knowledge of all the intricacies of SMS transport and delivery, SMS terminology and practices.
- At least 3 years experience in a buyer and technical role in the DID and PSTN replacement industry.
- Strong knowledge of all the intricacies of inbound DIDs, PSTN replacement, GDPR, country regulatory requirements, porting and trunk group configuration.
- Willingness to learn and drive constant improvement.
- Strong industry contacts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid grasp of English, both written and oral.
- A demonstrated inner drive for success and to reduce cost.
- High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong analytical experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
