Bitquery is an API-first product company dedicated to power and solve blockchain data problems using the ground truth, on-chain data. Bitquery extracts and presents valuable data via APIs. These APIs are delivering solutions to multiple verticals like Decentralize Finance (DeFi), DEX Arbitrage Analytics, Crypto Surveillance & Forensics across all major blockchains like Bitcoin, Ethereum, EOS, Tezos.
We are an international company of developers of software for the analysis of decentralized data (40+ chains). Bitquery is a distributed team. Currently, are looking for a full-time DevOps engineer to further develop infrastructure, automation of various processes like software deployment, scaling and clustering.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Creation of architecture, and documentation that will lead to consistent reliability, scalability, security, and performance of the 24/7 servers
- Developing and maintaining technical infrastructure and system software components
- Enhancing processes that allow for proper testing and validation of releases that goes from development to staging to production environments
- Effectively interacting with other team members to accomplish shared projects
- Stay up to date on the latest technology in our space
Requirements
- Russian Speaking
- 5+ years of work experience implement, troubleshooting, and supporting infrastructure software and distributed systems
- experience with cloud platforms (e. g. AWS)
- scripting writing and modifying code experience to improve monitoring and automation
- deep understanding of Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm Charts
- experience in GitOps practices
- TCP/IP networking knowledge, Linux architecture, p2p networks, micro-services and distributed systems
- good at adapting to new tools, processes, and challenges
- experience with set up and configuring blockchain nodes will be a plus
