Demand Generation Specialist

In this role, you will work with relevant associations (formal groups of business owners who come together to share ideas, resources, and strategies eg: National Restaurant Association) and organize digital tactics like webinars, emails, social posts, etc. to drive leads to our sales reps. You will clean and enrich association member lists and build out the strategy and messaging for sales outreach. You will learn tools like Salesforce and Hubspot to accurately track each campaign and report on pipeline and revenue generated through attribution.

The Demand Generation Specialist will report to the Head of Demand and play a key role in scaling our revenue marketing team.

Day in the Life: 

  • Partner with our Sales team to identify opportunities for marketing support within top brands
  • Research new associations to join and vet out the potential opportunity and ROI
  • Ensure database cleanliness by cleaning and enriching leads before sending them to sales
  • Import cleaned lists into Hubspot and add to Salesforce campaigns to track performance
  • Launch digital tactics like webinars, email blasts, website banners, social posts, and more to drive engagement and create opportunities for sales
  • Build follow-up strategy for sales in Outreach with relevant messaging and content
  • Track campaign pipeline and revenue through various attribution models

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing
  • Good understanding of a B2B marketing funnel 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty; no job is too big or too small
  • Excels under high pressure in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
