Data Entry Specialist

The Title and Registration Specialist (Data Entry Specialist) focuses on the administrative aspects of registering our customers’ vehicles. The Specialist is responsible for checking documents and completing the administrative processes to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to our customer. The ideal candidate has exceptional organization and communication skills, with amazing attention to detail. We are urgently hiring Title and Registration Specialists to work in person at our Richmond, VA location!

What we require

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous data entry/administrative experience
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively 
• Computer literacy and data entry skills 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to adapt to change 
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively 
• Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves

It would be great if you also had

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of vehicle title and registration experience

In this role, you will:

• Processing, finalizing and mailing out customer registration 
• Reviewing customer paperwork for accuracy 
• Updating customer records to ensure the most up-to-date information is available in our systems 
• Interacting and communicating with team members across various lines of the business 
• Assisting Customer Advocates and other HUB employees with customer follow-up
• Being a high-energy, forward-thinking self-starter
• Other duties as assigned

Carvana is fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing. This is a full-time, hourly position. Our work hours may flex up during busy months (Tax Season/Black Friday) and flex down at certain times of year due to business need. Depending on business volume, overtime may be required.
