Job Brief:

Hi all! We are looking for a data entry clerk responsible for transferring paper formats and capturing information into computer files or database systems. You will handle typing in customer information provided directly into an electronic format, creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures. Top candidates will be focused, energetic, fast typing, and tech-savvy with good people skills.

This opportunity will be in cooperation with Tamheer and Taqat and is a fixed time engagement of 3 months only.

Main tasks and responsibilities 💡

  • Gathering invoices, reports, statements, personal details, documents, and information from employees, departments, and clients.
  • Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
  • Type in data provided directly by customers.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Update existing data.
  • Ensure data is backed up.
  • Handle additional duties from time to time if needed.
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
  • Review documents in Arabic and English.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Excel, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of databases or CRM’s.
  • Good English, both oral and written.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient typing skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree IT, Admin, or any related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • If you are selected, you will be expected to register in Tamheer/ Taqat platform to be able to get your training reward, and this means you should be:
    • A Saudi national
    • At least a bachelor holder of any major or a diploma degree holder in tech, health or management
    • The records of Social Insurance and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development indicate that you have not been registered for any jobs there during the previous six months.
    • You should not be currently employed in any job.
    • You have never benefited from Tamheer - Taqat program before
