What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
- Be there for our customers at all times - communicate, analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding our knowledge as well as your own;
- Provide omni-channel support via email, chat, and social media (no calls!);
- Work on product goals and help to reach them;
- Collaborate with different teams constantly to make a difference in product, customer and company lives.
Currently, we are looking for a colleague who would prefer to work on a rotating shift.
