Your daily activities as Customer Support Specialist (English language) will be:

  1. Client support (Phone, Chat, Email)
  2. Checking website content
  3. Content translations
  4. Control the pending applications
  5. Request documents from the clients
  6. Resolve tasks from the Compliance department
  7. Retention
  8. Cross-sell
  9. Upsell



You are best for this role if you:

Willingness to work with clients

Age 20-30 years

English language C1-C2 or native

Higher degree education

PC and MS Office knowledge

Forex knowledge (good but not mandatory)


Helpful, but not required:

- Experience in the field of forex or financial education.
