Fender Music Corporation is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Manager for our Tokyo office. Our brand mission is to accompany each player at every stage with products and brand experiences that fuel the pursuit of musical expression.
Essential Functions:
- Own CRM & Marketing automation strategy, technology, optimization and analytics
- Accountable to all internal business owners to create, schedule, execute and measure e-mail, push notification and in-app marketing campaigns and programmatic campaigns
- Ensure best e-mail and design practices along with data hygiene are adhered to
- Retention/LTV – own the build out of segmentation, customer journeys and touch-pints, and lifecycle marketing efforts to improve customer lifetime value
- Take operational responsibility for delivery of campaigns, ongoing A/B testing, tracking and analytics, funnel analysis, segmentation strategies and technology implementations
- Collaborate with internal and external design, copy & brand resources to drive asset & content creation & delivery
- Evolve and optimize Fender’s overall customer engagement, retention and automation strategies
- Cleary and succinctly communicate campaign results and analyses to leadership
- Experience working with an array of analytics solutions (Tableau, etc.) to track email performance and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Business Knowledge, Skill Requirements, and Desired Attributes:
- Strong understanding of Email Marketing best practices and HTML
- Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience creating dashboards for metrics reporting
- Skilled with creating PowerPoint or Keynote presentations to articulate campaign strategy and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with copywriting experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and graphic design best practices
- Effective cross-functional communication and organization navigation
Education and/or Certifications and/or Training:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience owning e-mail and marketing automation strategy with real life examples of successful revenue growth and engagement growth at scale
