CRM - Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:
•Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
•Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
•Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data for marketing campaigns
•Build and manage marketing reports and dashboards that are actionable.
•Performing customer marketing data maintenance and deduplication, maintaining customer data to the highest quality standards.
•Training and supporting salespeople – face to face - as well as documenting expected processes and providing compliance reports.
•Stay updated on the Salesforce’s new capabilities and features.
•Work with IT to manage user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
•Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders for any enhancements.
•Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
•Work with IT on Backup data process management
•Code and Send emails using Icontact software that is integrated with Salesforce.
•Manage Customer subscription lists and undeliverable emails.
•Manage lead process (integrated with Carotek.com)
Salesforce Administrator Requirements:
•Salesforce certified administrator certification optional but desired.
•Trailhead Badges/Super Badges desired
•A bachelor's degree in technical marketing would be advantageous.
•2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
•In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
Ecommerce Responsibilities:
•Fully optimize product data including Product Details, Images, Videos, Documents, Pricing, Inventory and Brand Presentation.
•Fully optimize Brand and Category pages – leveraging cross linking, SEO rankings data, content, images, videos and resource documents.
•Ensure developer is maintaining site in expected manner, conducting Backups and performing Software upgrade management.
•Work with IT on domain management.
•Assist with order management including customer emails pertaining to their orders.
•Participate in any integration projects with other systems (such as Prophet21)
