Customer Relationship Executive – Cardiff-Based Role - Hybrid Working Options Available.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join us here at Inspiretec. The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer engagement to our valued customers from across the technology and/or travel industry and will be responsible for driving a consistent level of communication and experience with them. As part of this engagement, the Customer Relationship Executive will work in partnership with our customers, so as to understand their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions, that truly add value to them. The successful applicant will also be confident in identifying opportunities to maximise the relationships overall.

The role requires the successful applicant to be based locally to our office in Cardiff, as part of their time, each week, will be spent here.

Requirements

The role:

• Involvement in all aspects of the customer engagement process, providing front line product support; answering product queries via phone, e-mail and/or our support desk.
• Manage the full lifecycle of engagement enquiries for our customers.
• Work with new customers to showcase product value and ensure customer success.
• Increase customer retention through proactive engagement and aftercare services to existing customers.
• Providing product feedback to the business from customer engagement.
• Managing your own work activities, maintaining accurate information and up to date data on all customers.

About You/What we value:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• You will be customer focused and able to demonstrate a successful track record in Customer Experience and/or Customer Engagement for technology solutions.
• First-hand experience of supporting software products.
• You will have excellent telephone and online communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Professional and engaging approach, with a “can-do” and a “go-getter” attitude.
• The ability to identify new/different commercial opportunities.
• An understanding of the travel industry would be advantageous, however it is not essential.
• An interest in travel technology would also be helpful but not essential.
• You will have experience in developing trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
