Opportunity 

As Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns and strategies that focus on driving customer renewals and expansion, supporting the customer experience lifecycle, and converting freemium-style accounts. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Partner, and Product teams to develop and execute these campaigns, and report on their success. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader, with a healthy impatience to create results. 

Responsibilities

  • Build a holistic view of how customers learn about the breadth of BrainStorm solutions, stay up to date on what's new, and understand what the next best offering from BrainStorm is to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Serve as the Marketing ambassador to BrainStorm's Customer Success team to drive programs and campaigns that ultimately impact client engagement, renewal and expansion. Campaigns may include evergreen email marketing, loyalty programs, promotions, onboarding and renewal experiences, etc.
  • Write your own world class copy for CS enablement resources and campaigns and work closely with in-house design and digital for full execution. Create compelling messaging and content that speaks directly to customers' pain points and helps them understand the value of our products.
  • Plan and host quarterly white glove onsite customer summits and regular virtual summits to drive deeper customer engagement.
  • Work in close partnership with BrainStorm's Product and Partner teams to drive programs, in-product marketing, and standardized messaging to onboard and convert freemium and partner platform-licensed accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for customer marketing in the SaaS industry.
  • Provide regular reports and metrics on program performance and ROI.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent project leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • The ability to quickly grasp and message product value propositions and differentiators.
  • World class written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build trusted relationships with customers and collaborate easily with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
